Who is SkyTics?

SkyTics is a new high-tech ticketing company that blends online and local box office ticketing technologies and leverages Amazon EC2 cloud computing to set the standard for next generation online ticketing solutions. By leveraging cloud computing we significantly lower the typical ticketing system startup costs and do not require our clients to purchase any ticketing software computers.

What kind of services does SkyTics provide?

We provide online and local ticketing solutions for events and venues of all sizes and types. This includes Universities, Performing Arts Organizations, Reserved Seating, General Admission, mixed mode events and virtually any other ticketing situation. The SkyTics system can support small venues with less than a hundred with an event a month to large concert venues with thousands of seats and multiple events per week. STS supports multiple layouts for venues with changing seat patterns and offers complete client control to hold, release, sell, move, and refund seats via a graphical venue view user interface. We offer a ticketing solution with an industry leading web based graphical Patron seat selection interface that allows your customers to pick their own seats. We support print-at-home tickets emailed to computers or cell phones and can process all major credit cards. Client tools, venue creation software, full product support and custom training. We also offer an online donation solution for fundraising and this system will seamlessly integrate with the ticketing system or can be deployed as a stand alone service. Your ticketing and or donation solution can be seamlessly integrated into your current website or we can design, deploy, and even host a new website just for you.

What if I don't need all of these services?

We understand that every customer is different. That is why we offer individual quotes for our services customized to your requirements. You only pay for what you use. We understand that venues change and client requirements mandate a solution which scales both up and down. That is why we designed our solution to be flexible and scale according to your needs.

How long does it take to get me up and running?

We can typically construct a new venue for a client and activate their system the same day they purchase our sevices. Also, with our graphical client tools, you have the ability to create an unlimited number of events, each with an unlimited number of performances as soon as your system is online. Once a venue has been added to your system, you can rapidly deploy new events to it immediately and start selling tickets through our payment gateway. What are your fees?

SkyTics per ticket pricing is dependent upon the volume of tickets that you sell. We understand that venues and individual event requirements are different. There are no servers to purchase, no two year+ contracts. Our technology was designed to deploy rapidly and dynamically scale which allows us to only add resources to address your processing requirements in real time. This allows us to pass the savings of not buying computers and network access that sits idle, directly on to you. Every customer has a dedicated account manager which will prepare a custom quote and act as your customer advocate to make sure your questions are answered and your needs are fully met. What is the catch?

Does SkyTics support large venues?

Yes! Our software is designed to be completely scalable. It doesn't matter if your venue is a few hundred seats or thousands of seats, our software will scale to your needs!

How safe and secure is your system?

SkyTics utilizes Amazon EC2 cloud technology from Amazon to provide a highly reliable and completely scalable ticketing solution. Every SkyTics client has their own dedicated system with their own set of secure databases. Your data is not housed in the same database as other clients but is hosted in your own dedicated redundant fail safe database management system. For large volume clients the SkyTics architecture will dynamically add additional web servers to facilitate heavy traffic load and insure maximum ticket purchase availability to your patrons. STS software is automatically kept up-to-date so that your systems will always have the latest version. In addition, all of your patron information is safely and continuously backed up to backup databases and written to external storage. All transactions with your system are over a secure SSL https link. This ensures all of your patron's purchases are secure and this allows you to securely update your STS event, performance, and patron data from anywhere you have Internet access.

What if I only want printed tickets?

We offer all of the usual ticket services like ticket design and printing. Let us know what you are looking for and we would be happy to help you.

What if my business does not currently have a website?

We offer full website design and hosting. SkyTics can facilitate a client?s web presence, including web site creation, web site hosting, and domain name registration.
